What is the Konektadong Pinoy Act?

The Konektadong Pinoy Act—also known as the Open Access in Data Transmission Act—is landmark legislation aimed at improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of internet services across the Philippines.

It simplifies regulatory requirements and opens the telecom market to more players, especially in underserved areas, through lower barriers to entry and modernized data infrastructure policies.
