  • San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc. (SJDEFI), located in Pasay City, Philippines, is a private, non-stock, non-profit institution that integrates a college and a hospital. Established in 1578 as Hospital de San Juan de Dios, it is recognized as the oldest hospital in the Philippines. The institution is administered by the Daughters of Charity and is named after San Juan de Dios, a Portuguese-born soldier who became a healthcare worker in Spain.
