Centerpoint Building is a high-rise building located in Ortigas Business District. It is also known as Centerpoint Condominium.

Designed in the international style, the Centerpoint Building is a cuboid structure with an exterior of green-painted concrete and dark glass panels. The building is covered almost entirely in glass except for the horizontal middle section of each face and the podium, which are painted green. The middle sections have two columns of small rectangular windows. The podium has a slightly bigger floor area than the higher floors, allowing the higher floors some easement from the property borders.

To get to Centerpoint Building, located at the intersection of Garnet Road and Julia Vargas Avenue, you can take the jeepneys that travel along Meralco Avenue. These jeepneys typically come from Ortigas Avenue or Shaw Boulevard. Keep in mind that most jeepneys use the Meralco Avenue flyover to avoid Julia Vargas, so you’ll need to get off at Metrowalk / Onyx Road and then walk towards Centerpoint Building. If you’re using your own vehicle, the entrance to the Centerpoint Building’s parking space is at Garnet Road, and it is also adjacent to one of the open parking spaces in Ortigas Central Business District.
